The
National FIVIMS Committee wishes to acknowledge the following:
The
Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations for the

Office for Asia and the Pacific, for all the necessary assistance, coordination
and facilitation, and Mr. Christian R. Løvendal, Economist of
the FAO Food Security and Agricultural Projects Analysis Service in
Rome for valuable comments received at an early stage of the Manual;
The
DOH-MOPH, the NSO, the OAE-MOAC, the DOPA-MOI, the NESDB, and all other
agencies that generate and provide for the national FIVIMS critical
food insecurity and vulnerability indicator data;
The
Technical Sub-committee, chaired by Dr. Songsak Srianujata, and the
members from different line agencies including Dr. Uraiporn Chittchang,
Ms. Arunee Krittayanawat, Ms. Jintada, Ms. Wanphen Russameesopaphorn,
Dr. Sangsom Sinawat, Mr. Chutichat Boonchuwit, Mr. Adisorn Sutthilert,
Mr. Chainarong Insalee, Ms. Sumalee Soontornnarurungsi, Dr. Supan Kanchanasutham,
and Ms. Nongnooch Deetae, for their active participation, and sharing
of their technical expertise in the establishment of the national FIVIMS,
and valuable inputs to improve the FIVIMS Manual of Operations;
The
Technical Analyst Group members – Dr. Supan Kanchanasutham, Ms.
Nongnooch Deetae, Ms. Nampung Chirdchuepong, Ms. Wanphen Russameesopaphorn
and Dr. Uraiporn Chittchang, who have conducted advanced statistical
analyses, elaborated methodologies and applied mapping technologies
for FIVIMS;
